Purchases
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on
'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere
else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until
it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your
order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included
this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some
reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this website
is correct. However, we reserve the right to introduce changes without prior notice.
Shipping And Handling
All UK and International shipments will be dispatched by either DHL, UPS, TNT, Royal Mail or another carrier of our choice. Delivery Schedule We will normally send
your order to you in 1-3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 1-5 days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders

Returns Policy
Any goods to be returned must be received within 14 days, no refund or credit agreement will apply if goods are received after the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning with the day
after the day on which goods are delivered. Prior to this period ending any returned goods will be exchanged for credit within 30 days and subject to a variable handling fee. Postage
